Due to North Carolina law, clients purchase the alcohol in addition to our packages, but we are more than happy to coordinate the order and pickup/delivery.
As we do book out far in advance you will want to secure your date with a signed contract and deposit as soon as possible.
We do a $500 deposit and then break the rest of your balance into payment plans for you leading up to 30 days prior to your event.
We hate when clients have to cancel but do our best to get them rescheduled. Any amount up to that point is non-refundable due to lose of date but if you have an event within the next year we use that as a credit towards that new event. If you need to postpone, there is a $100 transfer fee to the new date.
No, we accommodate guest counts and spends of varying degrees so everyone can have a great bar service.
Our Full Service Package includes all events within a 1 hour radius from Charlotte, 1-2 bartenders, disposable drinkware, cocktail napkins, cocktail straws, coolers, galvanized tubs, bar menu, 1 hour of setup, 4 hours of service, teardown at the end of the night.
Yes, we can tailor your bar experience to any number of hours that you are in need of.
You can opt for a partial gratuity and a tip jar out for the guest or to cover the full gratuity yourself.
We watch the weather carefully and are always in talk with coordinators so that if there is bad weather it does not affect your bar service
